As Vivo prepares for its official launch in October, leaks have already surfaced online, offering an early look at the upcoming X300 lineup. Shared by insider Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the renders and details suggest that Vivo’s next flagship phones will deliver several eye-catching changes.
Cameras: Simplified Design, Powerful Sensors
The most striking update is the redesigned rear camera system. Vivo has introduced a large circular module with a cleaner look. The decorative ring around the lens has been reduced, giving the phones a more polished appearance.
The standard X300 is expected to feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB sensor (1/1.4″), alongside a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel periscope camera with 3x optical zoom.
The X300 Pro takes things further, reportedly offering a 200-megapixel periscope camera with a prism system, a Sony LYT-828 as its main sensor, and another 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
Display: Flat Screens, Slimmer Bezels
Both models will sport flat displays with slightly rounder corners and thinner bezels, said to be even narrower than those on Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The X300 will come with a 6.3-inch 1.5K display, while the X300 Pro will feature a larger 6.8-inch 1.5K panel.
Software and Hardware: Apple-Inspired Interface and New Chipset
The series will introduce a refreshed user interface described as “Apple-like” in style. Powering the phones will be MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset, making the X300 and X300 Pro the first devices in the world to debut with this processor.
Release Timeline
Vivo plans to unveil the X300 and X300 Pro in October. The top-tier X300 Ultra, however, is expected to arrive later, sometime next year.
